Hey guys, everyone is already in gear for the next InterFuse and voting on next years theme is underway over at the InterFuse Facebook Group. We have compiled more than 100+ choices to what we think were the top 10 themes. The theme choices this year are Forces of Nature, Game ON, Imersia: Choose Your Own Adventure, Zombie Burn, Inversion, Lost In Time, One Spiral, Burnopolis, Nautical Nonsense and EcoLuxe. VOTING IS OPEN UNTIL THE 10th.

Also HullabalU is next weekend who is pumped up for that? I am! Sarah Slaughter has worked hard this year to make it a great weekend, this is her first time acting as EC (Event Coordinator) for HullabalU and she threw everything together greatly!

We have officially announced the date for this years HullabalU and the date is October 11th from 8am until October 12th at 5pm it will take place at Ozark Avalon – 26213 Cumberland Church Road, Boonville, MO 65233. The link to the official page with all information including a map can be found by clicking here or by clicking Events then HullabalU on our official website. Sarah Slaughter will be the Event Coordinator this year and we feel she will do an amazing job! Registration to this event will not be required but there will be a $10.00 entrance fee payable at the gate.

Today Midwest Burners put in to motion a plan we have been discussing for a while. We moved web hosts. The export/import of our backup went smooth as planned and it seems the website is back online (only 20 minutes of downtime). Also sub-domains are back online and operational such as our InterFuse site. Also our @midwestburners.com email is operational again (only 2 minutes of downtime). I will be monitoring the site for the next few hours as well as checking logs and testing features around the site to ensure everything is acting right. If anyone finds any errors or bugs let me know but there shouldn’t be any.

Also I would like to take this time to announce that we have launched our Community Forums. A ton of categories are there. Any member of the website can create new topics, post pictures, upload documents, pretty much anything you want we have a category for just about everything you can imagine. We also have Event related forums for BDTR, IF and HU, as well as a category for Community Organized Events such as Orph and others, feel free to post pictures from these events to these forums as well as post topics about any events you might know of and any information related to these events and I will add such info and events to our Event Calendar. Don’t be shy, get involved in our forums and let’s try and direct our conversations on them.

Also with IF and BDTR being a success this year that only leaves HullabalU for us. I have heard rumors of an official date for the event and once I get confirmation on this I will announce the date and put up more information about it. Who all is excited for HullabalU this year?
