We’re Ready for Your Effigy Suggestions
The effigy is the heart of the burn, the thing we build, gather around, and send off together in one of the most singular moments of the weekend. If you’ve got an idea for what that should look like next year, we want to hear it.
Submissions are open now. Whether you’ve got a fully fleshed-out concept or just a kernel of an idea that won’t leave you alone, throw it in the form. You never know what ends up on there.
The Green Regionals Grant
The Green Regionals Grant provides $30,000 in grants for projects that help Regional Events and 10 principled gatherings become more sustainable, regenerative, and resilient.They aim to fund projects that are creative, innovative, and most importantly, are worth replicating. By leveraging the skills and creativity of Burners, their goal is to extend the impact of Burning Man to gatherings, communities, and humanitarian efforts around the world.
The grant funds projects that shift how events generate energy, manage waste, use resources, and steward the land they borrow. Solutions need to be impactful, innovative, and replicable across the broader network. Sound like something you could help us build? We’re looking for community members with ideas, expertise, or just a lot of passion for leaving things better than we found them.
