GENERAL TICKET SALES ARE LIVE NOW
We are using a new ticketing platform that requires every ticket holder to create a unique account on https://midwestburners.volunteeripate.com/.
Everyone will need to make their own unique account to attend the event. Unlike previous years, you cannot just show your ID at the gate to let in an individual whose ticket is under your name. Making a volunteeripate account is a part of our gate process this year, so everyone needs to make a unique account.
We highly suggest using the same email that you use for volunteer shifts as the direct presale links will be sent to those email addresses.
Ticket Prices will be 75$ each for general admission. Children under 12 are $1.
General sale pools people will have the opportunity to buy up to 3 tickets and transfers will be open until Saturday, May 11. Please remember that EACH attendee must have a unique volunteeripate account associated with a single, unique ticket to the event. The ONLY exception is minors who may be registered under their parent/guardian account who houses the ticket.
The second round of ticket sales will be on Saturday, April 6th at Noon central time.

In order to get a volunteer direct ticket offer for 2025 you must:
- Sign up (make sure your email is included)
- Show up (be on time and work at least 4 hours total)
- Sign in (make sure the lead signs you in)

DPW
There’s a lot of work that goes into putting on a burn. Lucky for us it can be a labor of love for the Department of Public Works. Anything from digging ditches, hauling lumber, or telling bad jokes and drinking beer.
Leads: Lance Scott & Emily Webb
Perimeter
Fire is cool and all, but when we light up that big structure we’re going to establish what is a safe distance to keep the crowd at.
Lead: Hummingbird
Sand team
These folks stand the inner perimeter of the burn as a last line of safety. Very hot work.
Pre-burn
Fire spinners come one and all! Join the conclave in a fire spinning set before the effigy burns. Just attend the safety meeting in advance and have a safety equipped with a towel to join the perimeter

Greeters

Effigy
That big thing we burn Saturday night. Someone’s going to build it. Could be you if you provide FAST with a plan and have the desire to put it together on site a week before the event with the help of your friends and anyone in DPW that may be around.
Lead: Panic
Cars and RVs
The vehicle camping pass request form is now live. All vehicles that will be parked within a Theme Camp or in Open Camping will require a Vehicle Camping Pass.
Our goal is to limit the number of vehicles within the burn. This improves our ability to respond to emergencies but also decreases default world intrusion, and generally makes a prettier landscape. In addition, please make an effort to decommodify your vehicle to the best of your ability.
This form will remain open until ticket transfers close. Approvals will start to go out 30 days prior to the burn.
Bringing an event? Let us know!
Are you planning an event for Interfuse?
We will publish events in the PDF Event Guide. This guide will also include names and locations of theme camps, a handy dandy map, and SO MUCH MORE!
No. Not really. That’s about all it will have.
Theme Camp Application
Application Dates: March 16 (Direct ticket launch) through April 14th 11:59 pm
This is a shorter time frame, don’t be slacking.
For questions after reviewing the form, email placementinterfuse@midwestburners.org
Registering a theme camp is the best way to ensure your theme camp has a reserved space to camp and interact with the community. If you’re performing amplified music (Sound camps) are required to register. Theme camp placement will be evaluated on the camps interactivity and contribution to the community.
So bring out your good side or your evil side and lets build a community the the Garden of Good and Evil – Interfuse 2024.
